RealTrue® Property Management operates as a coordinated team so that every property receives consistent attention and responsive communication.

Jean provides strategic oversight as Principal Broker and leads the long-term management strategy for each property.

Michelle serves as Assistant Property Manager and oversees the day-to-day management of the portfolio. She works closely with tenants, coordinates leasing and showings, manages tenant communication, and ensures the operational details of each property are handled consistently and professionally.

Lisa serves as Property Services Coordinator and manages maintenance coordination and property service needs. She works with vendors, schedules repairs, and helps oversee move-in and move-out processes to ensure homes are properly maintained and prepared for each new tenant.

Together, the team provides responsive communication, thoughtful oversight, and dependable service for property owners throughout Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Norfolk.
