Lisa Richardson is the Property Services Coordinator at RealTrue Property Management, where she oversees service coordination for 37 residential properties and works closely with owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure each home is maintained to the highest standard. A licensed real estate professional with the Realtor® designation, Lisa has been managing single-family rental properties since 2018 and also personally owns and manages three investment properties of her own. Her hands-on experience as both a property professional and investor gives her a practical understanding of the day-to-day needs of successful property management.
A Virginia Beach native, Lisa spent more than 20 years as a litigation paralegal before transitioning into real estate management.
