Before launching her real estate career in 2014, Jean served the U.S. Navy community for over 17 years. She began her service as an enlisted sailor on active duty, later earning a commission as an officer in the Navy Reserves. She went on to serve as a civilian engineer and professor at the Naval Postgraduate School, where she taught systems engineering and led multi-agency defense projects. This experience shaped her into a process-driven advisor who brings both emotional intelligence and operational precision to every client relationship.

Jean is amazing!!! Most of our home buying process was remote which we have not previously experienced. Despite this, the entire process from start to finish flowed smoothly because of Jean. Finding a great realtor is hard but we have had nothing but positive experiences with Jean. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She was always on top of everything (even with different time zones!!) which was such a huge help to us while my husband was traveling for work. Highly recommend her. Looking for an amazing realtor? Look no further than Jean Johnson. Working with Jean made our home purchase an absolutely wonderful and stress-free process. Even in a tough market, she negotiated the sales price down for us, not once, but twice. Coming from out of state we could not be present for the inspection. Jean not only had all the inspections we wanted scheduled for us but was present for all of them (home inspection, chimney, etc) and took video as the inspectors explained their findings in great detail. She was super flexible with a last minute trip we planned to the area and made herself immediately available on last minute notice. We particularly liked that she was very helpful without being pushy in any way and was able to truly find the properties that would fit are needs and wants. Jean is extremely organized, friendly and knowledgeable in real estate and a tough negotiator. We will absolutely be using Jean for our future real estate needs and have already recommended her to friends looking for a great realtor. Excellent help with our home search. Jean was always very responsive and proactive with any of our needs.
